FAQs

Ages and height guidelines? 4-104 years of age & any height.

What to Wear? Fitted gear, nothing baggy or loose. Wear a t-shirt that covers your midsection (we provide a harness (safety belt)). Shorts, yoga pants, or leggings/tights are great and socks to protect your feet (no sneakers/footwear while flying). Arrive 15 minutes prior to find parking and sign in.

Weather? We’re an outdoor program so we cannot run classes in consistent rain. A forecast of scattered showers, clouds and wind does not mean class is cancelled. We will always call you if a class is cancelled. If I.FLY Trapeze cancels your class, you will have the opportunity to reschedule.

Pricing? Open All Levels FLY and CATCH sessions are 90 minutes, $85. Each session has 4-10 fliers and follows a format that will be completed regardless of the amount of time needed (could run long). A session with just a few flyers may be shortened as opposed to cancelling the session, but we will still complete the full class format.

Hours of operation? We have scheduled start times as opposed to opening & closing hours. Generally, we operate Tuesday thru Sunday with weekday classes starting 4pm & 6pm, and 10am, 12pm, & 2pm on weekends. We do adjust the schedule occasionally, so definitely see our SCHEDULE page.

Safety? It is super safe. All participants fly with a harness/safety belt, over a net, and attached to safety lines being held by an instructor. An I.FLY Trapeze staff member will also assist you on the take-off platform.

Weight Restrictions? If you can hold your body weight from your hands, you'll be fine. You don't need to be able to lift yourself. Flying Trapeze is physics. It’s about timing and momentum, not strength.

Spectators? Feel free to bring your family and friends. We have picnic tables and benches for your cheering squad, no extra charge.

Parties & Groups? Any type of party is welcome. Birthdays, troops, family gatherings, picnics, company outings, bachelorette parties, just to name a few. We suggest 10-14 fliers per group on one trapeze, but we do have more than one trapeze and can easily handle larger groups. Pricing varies based on the nature of your group, date, and time requirements.

Languages? Many I.FLY Trapeze instructors are bilingual. If you're coming from out of town or bringing a guest from abroad, ask us. We may speak their language or at least be able to teach in it !
